The Commissioner would like to mention the excellent work done for the elaboration of this study under the direction of the Legal Services Branch of the Office of the Commissioner of Official Languages. This study was carried out thanks to the important contribution of Daniel Mathieu and Nathalie Dubois, as well as Richard Goreham, who wrote the text of the study, and Ingride Roy, who carried out the revision.

The Commissioner would also like to mention the co-operation of David Roach, Thérèse Boyer and Lyne Ducharme of the Communications Branch, and the valuable assistance of Marc Thérien.
