PERFORMANCE REPORT CARDS AND SUCCESS STORIES

Introduction

The chapter will first examine performance report cards, which are a review of the overall performance of 37 institutions subject to theAct31. Each institutionís performance report card is available on this web site. Evaluated within the framework designed for this purpose, these report cards reveal the strengths and weaknesses of each institution.

The chapter will then continue with a presentation of the top success stories. This year, the Commissioner collected information on many success stories within federal departments and organizations. It is his hope that all federal institutions will find inspiration in these stories.
