The Société Santé et Mieux-être en français du Nouveau-Brunswick is created

The Société Santé et Mieux-être en français du Nouveau-Brunswick improves and promotes health services and programs in New Brunswick’s Francophone and Acadian communities.

The Société Santé et Mieux-être en français du Nouveau-Brunswick (SSMEFNB) coordinates the work of three networks: the Réseau-action Communautaire, the Réseau-action Formation et recherche and the Réseau-action Organisation des services. These networks bring together key partners from across the province, which makes SSMEFNB a valuable asset in New Brunswick’s health and wellness system. SSMEFNB also strives to find innovative solutions to health and wellness challenges in French.

SSMEFNB is one of 16 networks that make up the Société Santé en français, which helps its partners coordinate the planning and organization of French-language health services for Canada’s Francophone minority communities.
