A French language health services network is created in Manitoba

The government of Manitoba names Santé en français as the Francophone community’s official representative for health and social services.

Santé en français (Manitoba) works to improve access to quality health and social services in French in the province. The organization is a true leader for Franco-Manitobans and seeks to provide access to quality health and social services in French.

Santé en français is one of 16 networks that make up the Société Santé en français, which helps its partners coordinate the planning and organization of French-language health services for Canada’s Francophone minority communities.
