Inadmissible:

A response explaining why the complaint is inadmissible is sent to the person who filed the complaint.

Admissible:

  • Does the complaint involve a federal institution?
  • Does it relate to a specific part of the Official Languages Act?
  • Does it concern a particular incident?
Facilitated Resolution Process

Work with the institution to resolve a complaint quickly and still obtain lasting results for the person who filed the complaint.

Formal Investigation Process

Conduct an investigation and issue a final report, with recommendations as necessary.
