You can provide feedback on the Office of the Commissioner’s Accessibility Plan, the accessibility of its programs, services and communications, or any other accessibility-related issues:

Please do not include any personal or sensitive information about yourself or others when submitting feedback. All comments received will be acknowledged within 10 business days in the same format used by the sender.

All comments received and any actions taken in response will be compiled in the Office of the Commissioner’s annual accessibility progress reports and accessibility plans.

Note: To receive a description of this feedback process in another format (hard copy, large print, braille, audio, etc.), please contact the Office of the Commissioner’s Accessibility team.

Anonymous feedback

You may provide your feedback anonymously so that only the Office of the Commissioner’s Accessibility team can identify you.

To guarantee your anonymity, do not provide your name or any other information that could be used to identify you:

  • If your email address includes your name, please state in your message that you wish to remain anonymous.
  • If you are sending your comments by mail, please state in your message that you wish to remain anonymous or do not put a return address on your envelope. If you choose not to include a return address, the Office of the Commissioner will not be able to send a response to your comments.

All comments received will be anonymous when they are made public.
